Delivery across the United States

Delivery is free when your goods total after discounts is $60 or more. Orders below that threshold have a flat $22 delivery charge. You will see the delivery charge and total before payment.

Timing

Allow 24-48 hours for order handling, then an estimated 5-7 days for delivery. Timing may vary with destination, stock movement and carrier conditions. These are estimates rather than a guaranteed date.

Tracking and address details

Tracking details are provided after dispatch. Check your shipping address before paying. If you notice an error, contact us promptly with the order reference.

If a parcel is delayed, damaged or has not arrived, contact support so we can investigate. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer law 1993.
