Your United States consumer rights

Our voluntary returns policy is separate from your rights under applicable federal and state consumer law. Policy fees, packaging requirements and short notification periods do not restrict remedies you are entitled to by law.

Change of mind: 15 days

For an eligible voluntary return, contact us within 15 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original resaleable condition and accompanied by proof of purchase. A $60 restocking fee applies and you pay return postage. Items must meet the original packaging and proof-of-purchase requirements. Purchases from third-party retailers are not eligible under this policy.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Contact us with your order reference and useful photos. Please report transit damage or an incorrect item promptly, ideally within 7 days, so we can investigate quickly. This request does not remove your statutory rights or impose a 7-day limit on a legal remedy.

No change-of-mind restocking fee applies to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods. We arrange the appropriate repair, replacement or refund and cover applicable return postage for these cases.

Cancelling before shipment

Contact us as soon as possible. The voluntary cancellation policy allows requests within 12 hours of ordering, before shipment, with a 12.5% processing fee. This fee does not apply where it would limit a statutory remedy.

How to return an item

Contact support before posting anything so we can provide the correct return address and instructions. The Los Angeles administration address is not a confirmed returns depot. Include your order reference and proof of purchase.

Approved refunds are processed within 24-48 hours after the returned item is received and assessed. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.
